I have worked in finance for the past 30 years, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Manager, and Office Manager.  My training has included all courses and experience required by the Canadian Institute of Management (C.I.M., P.Mgr., C.Mgr.), the Credit Institute of Canada (CCP), the Chartered Management Institute (UK - MCMI, CMgr) and most recently, the Canadian Tax Academy.

I've been preparing income tax returns for family and friends so far back, paper returns were the only option.  I now prepare tax returns professionally and am Efile approved with CRA.

I provide bookkeeping services for small businesses on a part time basis, where only a day or two per month is needed.

I was a Commissioner for Oaths in Alberta for 12 years, in Manitoba for 2 years and have been appointed since 2021 in Saskatchewan.

With 25+ years of credit experience in various industries and a CCP designation, I can help your team improve collections strategies and processes.  I will review your credit policies and procedures to identify any areas for improvement, ultimately reducing bad debt for your company.  I also provide training to handle difficult situations and proven negotiation strategies to build stronger relationships with your customers.
